Travel Details
🇳🇱 Departure Utrecht: P+R Westraven, Griffioenlaan 1BIS, 3526 LA Utrecht. From 8:30, you can take your seat in the bus. Departure is scheduled for 8:45. It’s your own responsibility and for your own costs if you are too late.
🇧🇪 Departure Antwerp: Sportpaleis Antwerpen, Schijnpoortweg 119, 2170 Antwerp. From 10:30, you can take your seat in the bus. Departure is scheduled for 10:45. It’s your own responsibility and for your own costs if you are too late.
🎟️ Access: Show your order confirmation, together with your ID, on your phone or on paper in order to be able to enter the bus.
📍 Arrival in Roubaix: Expected arrival at parking lot L’Incroyable, 358 Rue des Verdiers, 59390 Lys-lez-Lannoy, at approximately 12:30.
🗺️ Directions to Velodrome: We'll walk to the Velodrome together, but if you want to go there by yourself and you're looking for the directions, click here.
🔙 Return Journey: The bus will depart from Roubaix at 18:00 from the same parking lot parking lot L’Incroyable, 358 Rue des Verdiers, 59390 Lys-lez-Lannoy, so be on time to avoid delays. Please be there at least 15 minutes before we depart. It’s your own responsibility and for your own costs if you are too late.
🧃 Food & Drinks: You may bring beverages in sealed cans, bottles or (large) drink cartons. Upon arrival, any drinks must be left in the bus before entering the venue. We don’t sell drinks in the bus.
🚍 Return Journey: You will travel back in the same bus as on the outbound journey.
Important Rules & Requirements
🆔 Valid Identification: Make sure to bring a valid passport, ID card or driver’s license.
👝 Luggage Restrictions: Bags must be no larger than A4 size, so you can’t bring oversized luggage that cannot fit under the seat. There is no bag drop at the event location.
❌ Prohibited Items: Glass bottles, fireworks, any objects that could be considered dangerous, drugs or any other illegal substances are not allowed.
🙏 Conduct: Please follow all local rules and event guidelines. Any violations may result in removal from the event.
Unibet Tietema Rockets is not responsible for the removal of any participant from the event due to non-compliance with local regulations or venue policies.
On-Site Information
🏟️ Access to Velodrome: The entrance to the Velodrome is free. We can’t guarantee a spot inside the stadium, but we planned to be there on time so we can follow the race here and welcome all the riders at the end of the event.
