Lukas-mania in the Tour of Slovakia
The Tour of Slovakia has come to an end, and what a week it was for National Champion Lukáš Kubiš and the Rockets. Together, the team delivered an impressive performance, highlighted by four consecutive second places, sixth overall in the general classification, the Most Combative Rider award, and the title of Best Slovakian Rider in the race.
Behind an unstoppable Paul Magnier, who claimed four stage victories in a row, Lukáš consistently proved his strength and determination by finishing second in every one of those stages. Even in the demanding final stage, featuring an uphill finish, he battled to a strong 10th place on the day, securing 6th overall in the final standings.
Beyond the sporting success, the week was also special for another reason: the incredible support from Slovakian fans. Everywhere the team went, cheers echoed for their national champion, and for the Rockets as a whole.
