It may happen that you are not completely satisfied with a product or that it turned out you ordered the wrong size. This does not have to be a problem. You can return the package as a return shipment and reorder the product you want.

For customers in the Netherlands and Belgium there is an expected delivery time of 2 to 3 working days. For packages to other countries, the delivery time is 4 to 5 working days.
