TERMS "Name The Team"

1. Promotion period

The promotion runs from Sunday, 8 June 2025, to Sunday, 15 June 2025 (23:59 CET).

2. Eligibility

2.1. Minimum purchase amount: €25 (including VAT, excluding shipping costs).

2.2. Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.3 Employees of the organiser (Unibet Tietema Rockets) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Participation

3.1. By placing an order of €25 or more during the promotion period, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

3.2. If you cancel your order, your participation will also be cancelled.

4. Winner selection

4.1. One (1) winner will be chosen at random on Monday, 16 June 2025.

4.2. The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided with the order. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prize

5.1. The winning participant’s name will be used in association with the team during an upcoming professional cycling race, subject to approval by the organiser and relevant authorities.

5.2. The exact form and extent of the name usage (e.g., on jerseys, communications, or promotional materials) will be determined solely by the organiser.

5.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse names that are offensive, inappropriate, or not in line with the team’s values or image.

5.4. The use of the winner’s name is subject to approval by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). The UCI may reject any name or design that is too similar to other teams, leader jerseys, not compliant with UCI regulations regarding team kits, or that could potentially harm the reputation of cycling, the event, or the UCI.

5.5. No cash alternative, refund, or transfer of the prize will be offered.

6. Consent and publicity

6.1. By participating in this promotion, you automatically consent to the use of your name for various promotional purposes, including but not limited to use on race jerseys, in team communications, promotional materials, and any associated media content, without additional compensation.

6.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.3. If you do not wish to participate or object to the use of your name, you must notify us by email at support@rocketscycling.com no later than the end of the promotion period.

7. General

7.1. The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

7.2. The organiser’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
